About the Project: "On the Bus" integrates poetry into riders' experience in transit. A collaboration between local artists and poets, the program brings poetry to view in one of the community's most public spaces. It enriches riders' time in transit by allowing them to experience poetry in an everyday space. Journey within a journey, experience while in transit, transports to a unique experience while in transit.
